The safety of our guests and team members, always was – and will always be – our top priority. Our main goal is to make sure that all our guests feel safe and “like home” when staying at Onar Hotel & Suites.
With great sense of responsibility and respect, we strictly follow all health and safety protocols in accordance with the latest guidelines from the Greek health authorities, in order to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff.
The architecture layout of Onar Hotel & Suites, is ideal for social distancing. All corridors that access the guest rooms are exterior and the breakfast is usually served at our whitewashed Cycladic yard.
Our associates have been trained on safety and sanitation protocols and use
personal protective equipment, following the directions of local authorities.
The capacity of the swimming pool and the breakfast area, always complies with the National guidelines.
Hand sanitizers, face masks and gloves are available to all guests.
BREAKFAST
The breakfast area operates following the existing Governmental guidelines and all health and safety protection measures are strictly implemented.
All food handlers are trained on safe food preparation and service practices.
Moreover self and independent audits are conducted, so as to make sure that every day, all food and sanitation standards are strictly followed.
CLEANLINESS & DISINFECTION
Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection in all public areas.
Use of approved and effective cleaning and hygiene products.
Hygiene stations are installed at visible locations around the hotel.
Linen are washed and sanitized, following the directions of the relevant
governmental authorities.
Check in and check out time has been adjusted (check in after 15.00 and check out before 11.00), so that every room is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and ventilated between each guest stay.
In case guests wish to amend or do not wish to receive housekeeping services,
during their stay, they can inform the Front Desk department, upon check in.
Pool water is regularly tested to ensure safety standards are met and chlorine levels are acceptable. Areas around the pool are frequently sanitized.
We will always continue to implement increased awareness of our protection
measures, so that our guests’ holiday will always be a unique experience that
